These texts are prepared for operational use on the NexaDesk website. A final legal/tax review is still recommended before broader commercial sale, especially for tax identifiers, withdrawal rights and invoicing.

Necessary cookies

Used for language, session, security, client area, privacy preferences and website function. They do not require prior consent.

Consent local storage

Cookie choice is stored in the browser under nexadesk_cookie_consent_v1 and includes necessary/analytics preference, saved time and preference version.

Optional Google Analytics

Analytics is disabled by default. If accepted, Google Tag is loaded for statistical visit measurement. If rejected, analytics_storage remains denied and the script is not loaded.

Marketing

No Google Ads, remarketing, advertising profiling or marketing cookies are currently used. ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization remain denied.

Withdrawal

The choice can be changed through the Cookie button or removed by clearing website data in the browser.

Duration

The preference remains stored until changed or deleted. Technical session cookies may expire when the browser closes or according to technical need.
