NexaDesk
Free private use

Help friends and family remotely without a commercial license

NexaDesk Remote Client remains free for private use: the person receiving help opens the client, shares an ID and temporary password and authorizes the session. Professional features stay separate in commercial plans.

No login required

For private help, the client with temporary ID and password is enough. NexaDesk login is needed only for licensing, address book and authorized access.

Commercial use separated

Technicians, companies and MSPs need a professional license when remote support is used for work or customers.
